“Jesus did other miraculous signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.” John 20:30-31
“Jesus did many other things as well. If everyone of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written!” John 21:25
As I was starting to read chapter 20 this morning I was astonished at the fact that Jesus had risen from the dead and that angels appeared to Mary. This is just something that I haven’t seen happen these days. Consequently, I was struggling with wrapping my brain around it and essentially believing! So, I prayed the scripture while I was reading, “I believe; help me in my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24). Then I get to verse 30 and know that God had answered my prayer and confirmed it in chapter 21 verse 24! GOD IS GOOD! =)
