…the weekend only got better! I had a lovely day at church and at home. I went to pick up Drew at 7:20 and we went to Subway for dinner. He decided to give me my birthday gift early! I had no clue what it was going to be but he told me to close my eyes and put my hands out and he had gotten a camera for me! I had been saving for this camera for MONTHS with no success whatsoever! Even today, I looked at my bank account and was pretty bummed that it was not working out like I had planned! All I can say is, I AM BLESSED! It meant more to me then he knows! Hopefully, in the next month or so, I will use it enough to learn how to take good pictures of my trip in May. I’ll be posting pictures of all my exciting adventures with my new camera! And the fun begins… (Man, I’m so excited, this post is all over the place! Holy moly!)


I love Drew!! =) Definitely not because he bought me a camera, but because he loves giving. To his family, his church, his friends, to me, to his school work and classes, to his professors, to the homeless people in San Fransisco, to the homeless people here…to everyone!! Everything about him has nothing to do with him. He is so selfless! His life is defined by those around him and their needs. He has such a willingness to serve others! I am forever grateful for this guy! He is a man of God!
